Liners' Paradox
February 2 - 28 , 2009

Grotto Fine Art takes pleasure in presenting Liners' Paradox ,a group exhibition of four Hong Kong contemporary artists, featuring works by Bovey Lee, Joey Leung, Angela Su and Wai Pong-yu. This exhibition shows how four artists operate the pictorial space by using lines and colors in a state of tension as underlie depiction to give different interpretations of life and nature.

Danny Lee: Reflections
March 24 - April 18 , 2009

Danny Lee Chin-fai's stainless steel collection is best described as a total reflection. On one hand, they reflect the artist's conceptual focus on karma and attention to everyday object. Inspired by traditional Chinese landscape, Lee's waterfalls and rain drops bring forth a sense of fluidity that resemble calligraphic brushwork, particularly that of cursive script.
