The Magical Ts’un: Texture Beyond Strokes presents a diverse collection of works that explore the rich possibilities of texture in ink art. Ranging from delicate paper cuttings to layered, expressive brushwork, the exhibition reimagines the traditional technique of ts’un (皴) — textural strokes — through contemporary approaches, varied materials, and fresh visual language.

The "Tunnelling Series" is inspired by DNA gel electrophoresis and microscopic images of the artist's blood cells. These images are printed on washi paper using inkjet technology, then hand-torn into small pieces and collaged to evoke the imagery of a meteor shower. The work embodies the artist's heartfelt prayers for a friend suffering from leukemia, symbolizing the hope that life will ultimately emerge into light after traversing the dark tunnel of illness.
《穿隨系列》是以DNA凝膠電泳影像與藝術家自身血液細胞的顯微鏡影像為基礎。這些影像經過噴墨印刷於和紙上，隨後手工撕碎成小片，拼貼成流星雨的意象。作品寄託了藝術家對一位罹患白血病友人的懇誠祈願，生命在穿越病痛的黑暗隧道後，最終將迎來曙光。
